Why we exist
We exist because too many students and early-career talents are expected to make life-changing career decisions with generic advice, outdated assumptions, and little understanding of how industry works. NewLine: Universities are stretched, and industries are expecting career-ready graduates. Students are left guessing often under pressure, with real consequences.
What makes us different is simple: we don’t offer one-off advice, motivational coaching, or generic training.
We provide ongoing, practical support that helps people make better decisions by identifying their gaps for real job opportunities, what to focus on, what to stop doing, and how to move forward with clarity at critical transition points.
We work at the intersection of education and industry, turning confusion into structure and uncertainty into informed action — so early-career talents can move forward with confidence, not guesswork.
RaD Engage Goal
RaD Engage was created by a team of academics and industry practitioners who recognized a growing gap between universities and industry — and the real cost of that gap for students and early-career talents. Too often, capable people are expected to navigate critical career decisions with generic advice, unclear expectations, and limited understanding of how industry actually operates.
Vision
Our goal is to support students and early-career professionals at key transition points by providing practical, ongoing guidance that helps them make better decisions when it matters most. We believe real-world career challenges are complex, time-sensitive, and cannot be solved through one-off training or abstract advice.
Mission
At RaD Engage, we leverage technology and real-world expertise to develop services and systems that strengthen university–industry connections, equip emerging talent with relevant, job-ready capabilities, and reduce friction in how universities, industry, and government engage with talent — unlocking clearer pathways, better outcomes, and more confident transitions.

Industry Partner – Consulting
Collaborating with RaD Engage was effortless. We shared a real-world challenge, and they turned it into a simulated project for students to explore. Minimal time from us, yet it sparked fresh ideas we hadn’t considered before.
